The cottage is located at the centre of Ceinws village (also known as Esgairgeiliog). The village lies in the Dulas valley, surrounded by wooded hills and mountains, with the Cader Idris mountain range in easy reach.

We're a mile or so up-river from the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT), Europe's leading eco-centre. Machynlleth, just four miles to the south, has a rail service and there are bus routes to the village.
